Where do you post to and how much does it cost?
Ireland, UK, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Spain & Sweden
Ireland: An Post Tracked & Signed. The postage price is €3 on all orders. Average delivery within 1-3 working days. This has been reduced from €7.50 to support customers during Covid-19 as a gesture of goodwill at this difficult time. Unfortunately it will not be possible to sustain this in the long term and it is expected that the cost of postage will rise again in 2021.
UK: Courier or Postal Services Tracked & Signed. The postage price is €4 on all orders. Average 2-5 working days. This has been reduced from €8.50 to support customers during Covid-19 as a gesture of goodwill at this difficult time. Unfortunately it will not be possible to sustain this in the long term and it is expected that the cost of postage will rise again in 2021.
Europe: Courier Tracked & Signed. The postage price is €15/16 based on courier zones. Countries serviced include Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Spain & Sweden. Average 5-10 working days.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders received online before 3pm work days will be processed that day. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day. I have a wonderful team who who work with me to get your products delivered as safely and as efficiently as possible. I didn’t receive an email after I placed an order?
Have you checked your junk mail? Sometimes it can get hidden in there, please mark the email address as safe. Still can’t find it? Email firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll forward your confirmation to you.
Where is my Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are not emailed to customers at this time. If you would like your tracking number please email email@example.com
I didn’t receive my order?
Orders are normally delivered pretty quickly but if it’s been a few days and your parcel hasn’t turned up email firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll send you the tracking number and help you locate it.
Can I add a note to an order for a friend?
I’m afraid I can’t write personal notes at this time. Drop me an email for the tracking number and you can tell your friend to keep an eye out for their gift. You can add notes to electronic gift vouchers.
I made a mistake with my postal address on my order, how do I change it?
Please email me as soon as possible. Orders are processed so fast it’s really important you email as soon as you realise any mistakes with your order.
How do I use a One4all Voucher?
We accept One4all vouchers (Maximum of €50 One4All per transaction, in line with EU rules), processed like a Credit Card.
I’m having problems on the website/checking out?

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, you’ll find electronic gift vouchers available for sale in a range of amounts.
All orders are packaged in Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified or recycled boxes and envelopes. Please consider reusing this packaging to extend it’s useful life before recycling any paper or card. I use only recyclable materials in all our packaging. I do not use plastic when packing your orders.
Is the entire shop plastic free?
Quite a lot of the products are #plasticfree! I work with my suppliers so that they use zero plastic in their packaging and postage to me. All orders are posted to you in plastic free packaging. Some products do contain plastic pumps or caps, we ask that you try to reuse these or recycle them where necessary. We hope to be fully circular one day.
How do you fund Green Outlook?
Green Outlook is self funded using personal savings. Any profits are reinvested in to the business to expand the product range or reorder popular items. It’s one of the reasons some products go out of stock at times. As a new business I appreciate your support in helping Green Outlook to grow.
Where do you source the products for Green Outlook?
Many of the products are sourced in Ireland. I am proud to support 30 Irish Suppliers, so you can be guaranteed you are shopping local at Green Outlook. A select few products are sourced from UK suppliers. I select suppliers carefully based on their ethos, product quality, packaging and suitability within the Green Outlook sustainable range.
