My website (www.greenoutlook.ie) is secured with the “https” technology. I do not store any card details – those are held and processed by Stripe & PayPal.
In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online. I do not disclose your information to third parties. The nature of the Internet is such that I cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, I will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.

Please note, I use Google Analytics in order to improve my services.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is managed through Mailchimp email marketing company. You will be asked to consent to receiving newsletter emails. You can edit your newsletter settings or opt out at any time by following the link at the bottom of any newsletter email or by contacting me at info@greenoutlook.ie
Cookies
If you leave a comment on my site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, I will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, I will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

I do not share your Data with any third party unless the law allows them to do so.
How long do I retain your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you are registered on my website, I also store the personal information that you provide me in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except you cannot change your username). Website administrators (Green Outlook Ireland) can also see and edit that information.
I will never keep your data longer than necessary. Order details are kept in file unless you specifically ask us to remove them.

You may request a copy of all personal data held by Green Outlook Ireland about you.

For example, if I am sending you marketing emails, you can withdraw your consent immediately by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link in the footer of the email.
