Directions of use:
- Simply place 1 table in a glass with around 20ml of water and allow tablets to completely dissolve
- Gargle for around 30 seconds, then spit out.

Your mouth does not feel as fresh/minty as it would with mouthwash from a plastic bottle.

Hi Denise, Thanks for your review. Indeed the Georganics mouthwash tablets doe not contain listerine, which can leave you with the burning fresh taste, that can be an irritant to some peoples skin. It does however have organic spearmint oil which helps to restore healthy pH and balance to your mouth and freshen your breath.
