If you would like to get your money back, the goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. I will give you the address once you get in touch with me. I will refund your money back according to the original payment method, excluding the delivery charge. You can also exchange the item for e.g. different size/ colour if you wish. Please make sure the goods returned are in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
I cannot take back goods which you have received as a gift.
If you receive any faulty or otherwise damaged goods, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as you find out, so I can replace them or refund your money.
Be aware that I cannot take goods back if it has been damaged by neglect usage or if somebody has already tried to repair it.
Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a right for a cooling off period when you can send the goods back within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods without any reason. It must be returned at your expense.
